This is one of my favorite smoothies it's a great way to give you energy but also relieve stress because mangos contain a lot of tryptophan, the precursor of the "happiness-hormone" serotonin. Bananas can also act as mood enhancers or mild sedatives because they contain tryptophan too.
I think this would be a great drink for at work. Blended it in the morning, put it in your fridge at work and take when needed. This is also a great drink with a little vodka add to it.
