Tahini Veggie Dip

Nothing like a cool and creamy veggie dip on a hot summer day. I have this dip almost every day, since I tried it several months ago. I ran out of Marukan brand seasoned rice vinegar and used another brand and it did not taste good. I get Marukan brand seasoned rice vinegar at Freshco supermarket. Don't use plain rice vinegar either it won't taste good.

You can also add more water to make it more thinner for a salad dressing. I also like to add chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and lots of hot sauce to it and use it as a tahini type sauce to go over falafels balls.

1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar (Marukan brand ONLY)
1/2 cup tahini
1/3 cup water
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Add all ingredients into a blender, blend for a minute then chili in the refrigerator before serving. It will thicken up in refrigerator as it cools.
