Very Veggie Pizza














2 tsp garlic, minced mixed with 2 Tbsp olive oil
pizza sauce
mushrooms, sliced
spinach, fresh or frozen and thawed
broccoli, fresh flowettes or frozen and thawed
Daiya mozzarella vegan cheese
hot pepper flakes
2 gluten free pizza crusts, recipe in previous blog

Spread the minced garlic in olive oil over your 2 pizza crusts. Then spread on the pizza sauce, mushrooms, spinach and broccoli. Top with vegan cheese and lots hot pepper flakes – when you feel you’ve added too many then that’s just enough.
